My mentorship is based in sound principles of Eastern and Western healing medicine, marrying the ancient wisdom teachings with the solidity of modern science and research.

I have worked with people in the wellness space, corporate world, healthcare, and with creatives. Women who want to embody their feminine strength and grace, integrating the divine feminine energy into action and creation without anxiety, over thinking and self-doubt stopping them.

6 months with fortnightly 1:1 sessions with Dr. Sam via Zoom
